GSC Baseball and Softball Tournament Info
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The West Florida baseball and softball teams are preparing for the Gulf South Conference championship tournaments, scheduled to start this weekend. The action starts this Friday, April 30 in Southaven, Miss., as the Argonauts softball team, seeded No. 3 in the GSC East Division, will face Henderson State in the first round game at 11:00 a.m. The No. 30 UWF baseball team, entering the tournament as the No. 1 seed from the GSC East Division, will also play Henderson State, and they are scheduled for a 1:00 p.m. first pitch at USA Stadium in Millington, Tenn. on Saturday, May 1.
The GSC Softball Tournament will be held at the Southaven Greenbrook Complex in Southaven, Miss. on April 30-May 2, while the GSC Baseball Tournament runs from May 1-5 at USA Stadium in Millington, Tenn. Ticket prices for the softball tournament are $12 for an adult tournament pass, $5 for an adult single day pass, $7 for a student tournament pass, and $3 for a student daily pass. For the baseball tournament, fans can purchase an adult tournament pass for $20, an adult single day pass for $8, a student tournament pass for $15, and a student single day pass for $5. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
