Argonaut Weekly - Week 12 Recap

PENSACOLA, Fla. – The West Florida cross country and volleyball teams each had their season come to an end in NCAA regional action last weekend.  The Argos volleyball team reached the regional finals for the second time in three seasons, but UWF fell in five sets to host and No. 2 ranked Tampa.  The men’s cross country team placed fourth and the women fifth, just missing a trip to the NCAA nationals.  Finally, the UWF basketball teams continued their early season tournament play, with the women at home and the men in Alaska.
