NCAA Highlight Show on CBS to Feature UWF Men's Tennis on Saturday

The West Florida men’s tennis team will be one of many teams featured in the NCAA Spring Championship Highlights show airing on CBS on Saturday, June 23 at 1 p.m. CT (corrected time). The NCAA highlight shows on CBS includes footage from numerous NCAA championships at the Division I, II and III levels, and D-II men’s tennis will be featured on Saturday’s show.

The Argonauts advanced to the national championship match on May 19, falling to undefeated and No. 1 ranked Armstrong in the finals. UWF finished the year ranked second in the nation with a 28-3 overall record. The Argos won their ninth Gulf South Conference championship, and Kevin Ducros and Bruno Savi earned ITA All-America honors. Head coach Derrick Racine was also named ITA Division II National Coach of the Year.
