UWF to introduce new coaches at August 9 press conference
New additions Bryan Clarke and Andrew Hancock to be introduced

PENSACOLA, Fla. – The University of West Florida Department of Intercollegiate Athletics will formally introduce its two newest coaches, women’s golf head coach Bryan Clarke and women’s swimming and diving head coach Andrew Hancock, at a press conference at the Argonaut Athletic Club at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 9. The event will be open to the public.
Both coaches were announced as new hires within the last week. Clarke, a 2002 UWF graduate and three-time All-American with the men’s team, will lead the Argonauts women’s golf team after a notable career as a golf professional at several courses in Alabama, Arizona and Florida.
Hancock comes to UWF as the women’s swimming and diving team’s first coach, as the Argonauts will begin competing in 2013-14. The Australia native won multiple championships as a student-athlete and assistant coach at his alma mater, Cleveland State University.
Fans not able to attend the press conference in person will be able to view video coverage of the event later that day at www.GoArgos.com.
