UWF volleyball announces holiday skills clinic

Available to girls10th-12th grade as well as junior college students

The clinic features strength training, agility and speed drills and individual and team skills

PENSACOLA, Fla. – The No. 21 West Florida volleyball team, four-time defending champions of the Gulf South Conference, has announced it will host its annual Holiday Volleyball Skills Clinic on Dec. 9.

Led by the coaching staff and current and former players of UWF, the clinic will begin at 10 a.m. and last until 2 p.m. with an optional tour of UWF’s campus to follow. A variety of volleyball components will be covered, including strength and conditioning, individual and team skills training and speed and agility drills. The clinic is open to 10th-12th graders as well as junior college students.
