PENSACOLA, Fla. – University of West Florida student-athletes spent time helping local Girl Scout troops learn about the importance of being active in sports in late January at Girls in Sports Day.
 
The Girl Scouts participated in several sports throughout the day. They were split into groups and spent around 30 minutes at the stations. Each station was run by the student-athletes and was designed to keep the girls entertained and engaged in the activities.
