Justin and Tori Bennett, both former student-athletes and National Champions from UWF Women's Soccer and UWF Baseball, have been supporting UWF Athletics since 2013. After both graduating with Masters degrees, the pair work hard to grow UWF and their community. We enjoyed watching them represent us on the field, in the classroom, and now as loyal Argonaut Athletic Club members. Thank you for all you do, Justin and Tori. We appreciate you!

Why do you give to UWF Athletics?
As former student-athletes, we both have great memories of fans that became donors and the support they provided our teams. We want to continue that feeling and stay connected to the sports we love, and we know giving provides us that opportunity.  We like to think we are making a difference in the lives of current student-athletes. We like to think we are making the new student-athletes experience even better than ours.  

Why do you continue to give annually? 
Although our gifts are not large, they do add up, and we know it makes an impact. We want current student-athletes to have an experience similar to ours or better! We were loyal student-athletes and our coaches were loyal to us, it's a small way to help UWF athletics for what they have given us.

What impact do you think your annual donations have on the UWF Athletic Department?
We like to think our donations help the department enrich the student-athlete's experience by being proud to wear the West Florida jersey or athletic gear around Pensacola or when they go to their respective hometowns.

What makes you passionate about UWF Athletics?
At the time, we both had never heard of UWF, growing up in Atlanta and Houston. UWF coaches took a chance on each of us and gave us opportunities to play the sports we love and represent the university. We both might be a bit competitive, thankfully, UWF is the perfect place for that trait. Winning national championships, feeling supported, and now working in/with athletics, it is almost impossible to not want to support our alma mater. We believe successful sports programs on the field and in the classroom like the ones at UWF benefit the entire university and promote this institution in many ways than one thinks, this is what keeps us passionate about UWF athletics. We are proud to be Argonauts! 

Anything else you'd like to add?
We want to thank the athletics coaches and administration who work so hard for our great university. We got to meet our significant other, meet future best friends, win national championships, and earn great degrees. Our Argo experience was exceptional. We look forward to being loyal donors and continue to cheer on our favorite teams! Go Argos!
