High School: Was an all-state second team selection in 2011 and was an all-state honorable mention selection in 2010 … Named to the All-City Team all four years at Whitney M. Young Magnet HS (’08-’11) … Member of the 2011 city champions her senior year and helped record over 30 wins … Member of the 2010 city champions her junior year.

Personal: Daughter of Anne and Matthew Lenzini … Has four siblings, Nate, Mia, Samuel and Sydney … Enjoys yoga and wakeboarding … Athletic training major.

Coach Wolter on Lenzini: "Maddy made a wonderful impression on our entire team and staff during her time on campus and in her tryout.  Maddy is the perfect style of player for our system. She is a former middle that was moved to the outside, and she can attack every set in our system. Maddy is going to be a player to watch right away. She will be competiting against some veterans in our program for floor time, but I expect nothing less than a daily fight out of her. I can't wait to see how Maddy develops in the UWF volleyball program."
