PENSACOLA, Fla. – The Argos continue their strong performance at the NSISC Championships, staying in first with a score of 614, with the help of the diving team who competed today.
In the diving well,
Olivia Nelson finished in first in the 3 Meter Dive event. She finished with a score of 497.75. Nelson was the 2025 champion and beat her 25 score of 467.65.
Adriana Mieses-Sanchez came in second with a score of 477.40, and
Katie Murphy finished third with a score of 455.15. All three Argo divers made NCAA qualifying scores.
Gigi Gotaas came in fifth in the 100 Fly with a time of 56.24. This is a new personal best for Gotaas.
In the 400 IM, freshman
Livia Rodrigues came in first and broke a freshman and team record. She finished with a time of 4:20.06.
Haylee Hite followed in second with a time of 4:28.58. This time gives Hite an NCAA B cut.
The Argos finished first, second, and third in the 200 Free.
Sofia Kendzior came in first with a time of 1:49.29.
Riley MacVane followed with a time of 1:51.22, earning her an NCAA B cut.
Tori Johnston followed in third with a time of 1:51.58, also earning her an NCAA B cut.
To finish off day three of conference championships, the UWF 4x100 Medley Relay team came in first with a time of 3:39.00. This time is a new NSISC record and team record.

Alena Rozova, Rodrigues, and Kendzior made up the 2026 NSISC Champion medley team.
UWF is back in the pool tomorrow at 10 a.m. and competes in finals at 5 p.m. Diving returns Saturday at 12:30 p.m.
