2014-15: Member of UWF’s relay teams at the NCAA Championships that earned All-America honorable mention in the 200-yard freestyle, 400-yard freestyle, 200-yard medley and 400-yard medley relays… finished her two-year career with five All-America honorable mention awards… also placed 33rd in the 100-yard backstroke (57.59) at nationals… member of UWF’s first place 400 free relay team at the NSISC Championships… repeat selection to the All-NSISC Team… swam the second fastest time in school history in the 100 back (57.06) at the NSISC Championships… was a part of UWF’s school record relay team in the 400 free at the NSISC Championships… also ranked in the team’s top 10 in the 50-yard freestyle (24.50), 100-yard freestyle (53.23), 200-yard backstroke (2:14.12), 100-yard breaststroke (1:09.49), 100-yard butterfly (58.16) and 200-yard individual medley (2:15.42)… earned NSISC Scholar Athlete status for the second straight season.

2013-14: Finished 5th in 100 Free at NSISC Championships… member of the 200 medley relay team that finished second at the NSISC Championship… placed 2nd as a team in 200 Medley Relay at NSISC Championships (1:44.34)… member of the relay teams that set school records in the 200 Free (1:34.56), 200 Medley (1:44.34) and 400 Free (3:27.74)… part of the first relay event win in school history in the 400 medley relay (Oct. 18 in Birmingham, Ala.).

2011-2013 (Darton State College): Member of the Lady Cavalier swimming and diving team for two seasons… winner of an NJCAA All-Academic Student-Athlete Award… named to the All-America Team.

High School: Swam four years at Allen Park High School… named to the all-area team in 2007-2010 and the all-state team in 2008-2010… News Herald Conference Champion in 2007-2010... also a member of the track and field team for two years.

Personal: Daughter of  Robert Mitchell, Lisa Soliman and Teresa Mitchell… has one brother, George Mitchell… majoring in pre-med... was on executive council for SGA… hopes to pursue orthopedic surgery specializing in sports medicine after graduation.
