Regulations regarding ticketing, parking, tailgating, alcohol, merchandising, and promotions at Pen Air Field for University of West Florida home football games are designed to create the best fan experience in NCAA Division II Football. We hope you enjoy your visit to the UWF campus and Pen Air Field.
TICKETS
*No refunds or exchanges
Ticket Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm.
Digital Tickets - Tickets for all UWF home football games are now digital.
BEFORE GAME DAY - Fans can purchase tickets here or by calling 850-474-2746. The UWF Ticket window opens 3 hours prior to kickoff on game day. For convenience, to save time and money, and to ensure ticket availability, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance. Seating will be limited.
GAME DAY PURCHASES – The main box office is available to purchase tickets beginning three hours prior to kickoff on game day. Cash and major credit card payments are accepted.
WILL CALLÂ AND PLAYER GUEST TICKETSÂ - May be picked up beginning 90min prior to kickoff at separate tent located adjacent to the main Field House ticket booth. Â ID is required.
UWF STUDENTS – Tickets will be available at the commons front desk each Monday morning of a home football week. 1,000 tickets are available on a first come first serve basis. Valid for general student section seating only. 1 ticket per current UWF Student.
INFANT IN ARMSÂ - Children age two and under do not require a ticket and must sit on the accompanying adult's lap.Â
GATES – Ticket Gates Open an hour prior to kickoff. Pen Air Field has a no re-entry policy, if a fan chooses to leave the stadium after scanning in their original ticket they will not be allowed back in without another ticket.

CLEAR BAG POLICY
Each ticket holder is allowed one large clear bag such as a one-gallon Ziploc style bag or clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bag that does not exceed 12" by 6" by 12". Those requiring necessary items (e.g., diapers for a baby, medical prescriptions, etc.) are encouraged to carry them into the stadium in a clear plastic bag. Fans are encouraged to bring ONLY necessary items to football games at Pen Air Field. Standard small clutch purses are allowed, but cannot exceed 4.5 x 6.5 inches in size. All subjects and items are subject to search.
The following bags will not be allowed into the stadium:
- Backpacks, luggage, large purses, drawstring bags, fanny packs, briefcases, coolers, computer bags etc are prohibited. Only officially credentialed UWF Approved photographers can enter the stadium with camera bags.
PERMITTED/PROHIBITED ITEMS
Fans are encouraged to only bring necessary items into Pen Air Field on game day.

- Binoculars
- Small cameras and radios
- Blankets and rain apparel
- Strollers (must not take up an additional seat)
- Umbrellas
PROHIBITED ITEMS
- All bags (including purses, fanny packs, etc.) except clear plastic bags but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, diaper bags, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.Any kind of container including coolers, thermoses, cups, bottles, cans, flasks, kegs, and water bottles
- Outside food and beverages
- Flags
- Camcorders and tripods
- Pets (excludes ADA service animals)
- Artificial noisemakers
- Silly string/glitter/ candles
- Promotional items unless distributed by UWF Athletics or approved partners
- Weapons
- Illegal drugs including medical marijuana
- E-cigarettes and vaping

PARKING

RESERVED PARKING – Several lots will require a parking pass to enter on game day. These lots include, Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3 and Lot 3 overflow. Pass must be visible and remain on car at all times. Lot 4 serves as both paid parking and reserved parking.
GENERAL PARKING – Lot 4 overflow parking is $20 while lot 5 overflow parking is $10 cash only on game day. Handicap parking is available in Lot 1 and is $10 cash only. RV parking is $40 and is located in Lot 5. Lot 4 serves as both paid parking and reserved parking.
PROHIBITED - Overnight parking is prohibited in any UWF parking lot or grounds. Cargo trucks, flat bed trailers, any type of trailer, fifth wheel campers, limousines, food vending trucks, boats, boat trailers and U-hauls are prohibited and will be asked to leave the parking areas. Off-road vehicles such as All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV's), Segway's, and unauthorized golf carts are also prohibited. Vehicles must fit in a designated parking space. UWF reserves the right to remove any unauthorized vehicle from the premises.

TAILGATING
UWF Departments that are interested in tailgating can reserve their spot in Argo Village by emailing Ray Brooks (rbrooks3@uwf.edu). All UWF Departments that register will be given one parking pass to enter the parking lot on gameday.Â
DESIGNATED AREASÂ -Â Tailgating is allowed in the following lots: Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3, Lot 4, Lot 5, and in Argo Village.
TIMESÂ - Tailgating is permitted beginning four hours prior to kickoff (when the lots open). All tailgating must end at kickoff.
TRASHÂ - Cans and dumpsters are provided, please clean up after yourself and help keep our campus beautiful.
TENTSÂ - Fans may use tents 10' x 10' or smaller and should be placed behind your vehicle. You may not take up more than one parking space or block the flow of traffic.
CATERING - Only those caterers recognized as official University caterers by UWF and/or the Athletic Department will be permitted to provide game day catering (pre-game, game, and post-game times). Contact the office of Athletic Game Operations at 850-474-3057 for a list of approved caterers. Tailgaters are permitted to bring food purchased off site or brought from home to enjoy while tailgating. Food is not permitted to be delivered to your tailgate spot.
ALCOHOLÂ - Is allowed in the designated tailgating lots prior to kickoff. The following rules apply to alcohol consumption in the tailgate areas during acceptable 4 hours prior to kickoff until game time.
- No kegs or mass purchase of alcohol.
- No drinking games, including but not limited to beer pong and flip cup allowed during tailgating.
- No glass containers. All beverages must be in aluminum cans, plastic bottles, paper or plastic cups.
- No alcohol outside the tailgate area. Carrying of alcoholic containers or packages on campus grounds, unless in a cooler or sealed packaging, will result in a citation by the UWF Police Department for open alcohol, and consumption of alcohol on campus grounds.
- No underage drinking. The UWF Police Department encourages tailgaters to bring identification as they will be conducting random checks of people who appear to be under the legal drinking age.
*REMINDER: It is risky to serve alcoholic beverages to anyone other than yourself and your immediate party. Florida  law requires a license before a person can sell, trade or give away alcoholic beverages. A violation of this law is a felony. A social host does not need a license to serve his/her invited guests who fall within the usual understanding of friends and personal visitors. A social host may be criminally and civilly liable to guests and others for injuries resulting from serving alcohol, especially to a minor. A social host should monitor their guests' consumption of alcohol as they may also be held responsible for the consequences of guests who overindulge.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIESÂ at Pen Air Field.
ALCOHOL – No outside food or beverage inside the stadium. Alcohol will be available for purchase at Pen Air Field.
SMOKINGÂ - Including the possession and use of e-cigarettes/vaping, is prohibited at Pen Air Field.
VIDEO BOARD AND PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEMSÂ - Special videos or messages will not be made with the exception of emergencies.
MARKETING /Â PROMOTIONS / SOLICITATION
UWF has a no solicitation policy and reserves all marketing and promotions rights at its' events, including:
- Promotional vehicles and signs.
- Only UWF Athletics sponsors/partners may be granted the right to have a presence at its' venues, parking lots, and tailgating locations. For more information please call 850-474-3057.
- Media rights (video, streaming, social, and audio).
- Any signage or promotional activities placed or conducted within or around the stadium/arena/fields or parking/tailgating areas used for athletic events on game day, without the express written consent of UWF Athletics is prohibited and is grounds for immediate removal at the owner's or group's expense.
- Promotion of any business, political organization, venue, enterprise, product, service, organization not authorized by UWF Athletics.
- In compliance with the UWF Grounds and Facility Use Policy, no solicitation is allowed during tailgating on game day (pre-game, during game, or post-game). The offering or handing out of any item or flyer is not permitted without written consent of UWF Athletics.
- Alcohol advertisements are not allowed any time on UWF property or at any athletic venue. This type of advertising includes banners, flyers, signs, and vehicles unless in conjunction with university alcohol education initiative (approved by UWF Athletics).

FAN/PATRON CONDUCT
The NCAA, the GSC and UWF support good sportsmanship and will not tolerate abusive actions, language, or gestures from fans, players, coaches or officials. Extreme or continued acts of unsportsmanlike behavior may be grounds for dismissal from the contest. Inappropriate language or actions directed towards UWF Athletics personnel, ushers, or police officers will not be tolerated and may be grounds for immediate removal from Pen Air Field and the UWF Campus.

UAS/DRONES
UWFÂ Athletics and UWF Police Department prohibits Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS)/drones over all UWF property including Pen Air Field and the tailgating areas around the stadium on football game days without prior approval. Those requesting permission to operate a UAS/drone must contact UWF Athletics at least two weeks in advance.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Playing Field- Spectators are not allowed to enter the playing field at any time. A visible UWF issued credential is required at all times when entering the field before, during, or after the game.
CONCESSIONS AND RESTROOMSÂ - Are available in the stadium.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES AND LOST PATRONSÂ - Please notify the nearest police officer or usher. A First Aid Tent is available in the Northwest Endzone.
LOST AND FOUNDÂ - Is located at the main ticket entrance at the east end of the stadium.
MERCHANDISEÂ - Official UWF Athletics merchandise can be found at on the east side of the stadium at the UWF Bookstore tent.
RADIO COVERAGEÂ -Â Every football game can be heard on the radio on ESPN Radio Pensacola 99.1 FM. All home games will be streamed on FloSports and Yurview TV.
