Calling all past student-athletes! Join the UWF Varsity Club and support the team that supported you.
Purpose
The purpose of the UWF Varsity Club is to connect former student-athletes and current student-athletes to each other and to the University of West Florida. The Varsity Club strives to increase school spirit by building teamwork within each individual sport and the athletic department collectively. Members of the UWF Varsity Club will make an immediate impact on the lives of UWF student-athletes.
Goal
The goal of the Varsity Club is to get student-athletes to support each other and their school. That includes being "All In" and having 100 percent participation from each team.
Support Each Other
By becoming a member of the UWF Varsity Club you are showing that athletics makes a difference in your life and that you believe it is an essential component to your experience here at UWF. This is a unique opportunity to support your fellow student-athletes and to improve the student-athlete experience for current and future Argonauts.
Challenge
We challenge you to give $20.25Â to support your team. We also challenge you to get your teammates involved in order to get your team to achieve 100 percent participation. Teams compete against each other to receive a challenge grant to support their team. In addition to this, the money is raised from current student-athletes will go directly to improve projects that enhance the Student-Athlete Experience.

All current and former student-athletes who join get the following benefits:
- Engagement by their former sport - including the coaches and players
- Membership in the Argonaut Athletic Club
- Connection through social media and alumni channels
- Invitations to alumni events and alumni games
- Ability to stay connected to the university and the sport they love.
