2015 All-Gulf South Conference First Team

2014-15: Led an impressive redshirt sophomore campaign by being one of two Argonauts to play in all 11 tournaments … Five top-20 finishes … Two top-10 finishes … Runner-up finish at the 2015 Argonaut Invitational (72-71-72 – 215) … Ninth place finish at the 2015 Las Vegas Desert Classic (74-73 – 147) … Carded a 70 in two rounds at the 2014 Matlock Collegiate Classic and once at the 2014 Saint Leo Invitational … Posted the fourth best scoring average on the team at 74.50 per round and 2.70-over par.

2013-14: Redshirt.

2013 Gulf South Conference All-Tournament Team 

2012-13: 2013 GSC All-Tournament Team... Strong freshman campaign included action in 10 of 11 tournaments on the season... Averaged 76.48 strokes per round over 29 played... Two top-20 finishes... Best finish seventh at GSC Championships shooting 71-72-78-221... Best round 71 twice at Matlock Collegiate Classic and GSC Championships... Three rounds even par or better.

Prep: First team Pensacola News-Journal in 2010 and 2011… Second team Pensacola News-Journal in 2008 and 2009… Helped Pensacola Catholic HS to two regional championships and three district titles…  went to the FHSAA State Championship three years… Won the Emerald Coast Junior Golf Tour event Ricahrd Rogers DMD Junior Championships in 2011… placed in top-five of all three Emerald Coast Junior Golf Tour events he entered in.

Personal: Son of Mark and Robin Olson… Spencer is the fourth member of his family to play golf at UWF, following in the footsteps of his father Mark (1987-89) who was a 1989 NAIA All-American, brother Blake (2009-11) and sister Danielle (2009-10)… Majoring in Environmental Science.
