2022 GSC Fall Academic Honor Roll

2022 (Jr.): Finished in top three in six of seven meets she competed in...Placed 21st overall with 19:40.69 at UNA Cross Country Invitational (9/10)...Grabbed top-seven mark with 20:39.2 at Argonaut Invitational (9/23)...Ran season-best 19:07.6 at UAH Charger Invite (10/22)...Finished first among Argos at GSC Championships  with 19:21.6 (11/5)...Closed year with 23:45.4 at 6K NCAA South Region Championships (11/19).

2021 GSC Fall Academic Honor Roll

2021 (So.): Ran in all seven of UWF's races in her first season with the Blue and Green... Finished first for UWF in four races, including the first three of the year... Had season-best second-place finish at the Argonaut Invitational (9/24) with a 21:20... Best time of the year came at the UAH Chargers Cross Country Invite, with a 19:27.63... Placed in the top 50 at the GSC Championships, running a 19:56.56 at the meet to take 47th overall... Finished second for UWF with a 25:31.20 at the NCAA South Regional Championships.

2020-21 (Fr., Lansing CC): Recorded personal bests of 18:48 in the 5,000m, 39:33 in the 10,000m, and 21:47 in the 5K... Academic All-American in 2021, and named an All-American in the 10,000m in 2021.

High School: Played basketball and ran track and cross country at Fowlerville HS.

Personal: Parents are Rich and Belinda Spalding... Has two siblings, Sara and Stephanie... Hopes to attend PA school and become a PA-C in Obstetrics and Gynecology after graduation... Member of Echo Life Church and 2/42 Church, and has participated in the American Red Cross Blood Donation and the Salvation Army Clothes Donation... Enjoys running, swimming, cooking, and spending time at the beach with friends.
