Fall 2014: Finished second for UWF in all but two races during the season for UWF... set a personal best in the 8k at the Valdosta State Cross Country Challenge, finishing sixth overall in a time of 25:44.60... posted a top-15 finish at the Gulf Coast Stampede, finishing 12th in the 8k in 26:57.60... finished 20th at the GSC Championships in 27:06.17 to earn All-GSC second team honors... finished 46th at the NCAA South Regional in a time of 34:25.93 in the 10k.

Fall 2013: Placed 11th overall (28:15) in the Watson Ford Invitational 8k … Finished 27th overall (27:11.91) in the 8k at the Gulf South Conference Championships … Placed 30th overall (27:57) in the 8k at the Gulf Coast Stampede … Saw his best time this season (26:33.64) at the Florida State Invitational 8k earning him a 38th place finish overall … Also placed 38th overall (35:10.70) in the 10k at the NCAA DII South Regional Championships … Placed 41st overall (29:01) in the 8k at the Pre-Regional Meet

2012-2013: Finished 53rd overall (34:28.64) on a 10,000-meter course at the NCAA DII South Regional Championships … Earned his first career All-GSC Second Team honors by finishing 16th overall (27:29.30) on an 8,000-meter course at the Gulf South Conference Championships … Finished 54th overall (27:34.10) on an 8,000-meter course at the Florida State Invitational … Placed 20th overall (27:45.40) on an 8,000-meter course at the Fleet Feet Invitational … Finished 70th overall (27:59) on an 8,000-meter course at the USF Golden Gate Invite … Placed 55th overall (29:16.50) on an 8,000-meter course at the Gulf Coast Stampede … Finished 184th overall (34:13.40) on a 10,000-meter course at the Chili Pepper Festival.

2011-2012: Was named to the Gulf South Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll ... Competed in seven races his freshman year at UWF ... Recorded three top-25 finishes and one top-10 finish throughout the season ... Recorded a personal and season best 8k time at the Florida State Invitational (27:42) ... His best overall finish of the season came at the Mississippi College Season Opener (16:58) placing 10th overall out of 83 runners helping UWF to a first-place finish ... Placed 25th overall to help UWF place second in the Gulf South Conference Championships 8k (28:05) ... Finished 41st overall and sixth on the team to help UWF to a fourth-place finish at the NCAA South Regional Championships 10k (34:35).

High School: Was a four-year letterman at Southern Regional High School... Posted a personal best 5K time of 15:32, a school record... Was named Team MVP as a senior and was named both Freshman MVP and Sophomore MVP at Southern Regional... Won the Ocean County Championship in 2010... Was named 1st Team All-Press of Atlantic City... Led his squad to four A-South Championships and three Ocean County Championships... Also ran both indoor and outdoor track & field, taking part in the 800m and 1600m run and the javelin throw... Earned 12 varsity letters while in high school.

Personal: Son of Jim and Cyndi Skeie... Has one sibling, Madison... Aunt Sue Skeie played basketball at Appalachian State University... Uncle Brian Skimmons played football for the U.S. Naval Academy... Plans to get his Captain's License after graduation... Participated in Student Council and the Varsity Club in high school... Volunteers at his local fire department... Enjoys surfing, skim boarding, fishing, quad riding and playing Ultimate Frisbee.
