2018 (Jr.): Finished in top 4 for the Argonauts in five of the team's seven races... Had season-best 16th-place finish at the D2 Invitational (10/20)... Ran season-best 26:40.2 at the Little Rock Invitational (10/13)... Improved time at GSC Championships by more than a minute, running a 27:05.16 at the meet... Ran a 34:21.73 at the NCAA South Region Championships.

2017 GSC Fall Academic Honor Roll

2017 (So.): Ran personal-best 26:26.0 at the FSU Invitational (10/6), improving best time by more than 90 seconds... 51st-place finish at FSU Invitational was highest of the year... Ran 28:27.07 at the GSC Championships.

2016 (Fr.): Ran a 23:18.13 in his first collegiate race, a 6K at Appalachian State... Took an 11th-place finish at the Gulf Coast Stampede with a 28:43.70 in the 8K... Shaved more than 30 seconds off that time with a 28:11.71 at the Chile Pepper Festival in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the following week... Recorded personal-best 8K with a 28:08.45 at the GSC Championships.

High School: Qualified for state meet three times as a runner at Niceville HS… Member of district champion team for track and cross country as a senior… Place 3rd in 3,200m in track as a senior… PR of 16:57 in the 5K, has clocked a 2:08 in the 800m… Team captain and All-Area as a junior and senior, and Coach’s Leadership Award winner as a senior.
 
Personal: Son of Charles and Misti… Has one sibling, Hannah… Enjoys volunteering at mission trips, playing soccer, basketball, football, hallway baseball, kickball, ultimate frisbee, disc golf, skiing, and volleyball… Member of National Honor Society, FCA, KEY Club and Leadership Club.
