2017 (Sr.): Was UWF's top finisher in every race... Took two second-place finishes on the year, at the Falcon Classic in Montevallo, Alabama (9/16), and at the FSU Invitational in Tallahassee (10/6)... Ran the sixth-fastest 8K time in UWF history at the FSU Invitational this year (25:12)... Finished 16th at the GSC Championships with a 25:32.89, improving his time at the event by 19 seconds... Ninth runner in UWF history to earn All-Region status multiple times... One of six runners in UWF history to be two-time All-GSC... Became UWF's 26th All-Region selection with an 18th-place finish at the NCAA South Regional, where he ran a 33:55.0.

2016 (Jr.): Clocked a 25:51.85 at the GSC Championships, which was a personal best and good for an 11th-place finish... Finished 21st overall with a 33:08.6 at the NCAA South Regional Championship, which earned him All-Region honors for the first time and bested his time from his sophomore season by nearly 3 minutes... Posted a 27:25.20 at the Gulf Coast Stampede, which was good for a fifth-place finish and helped UWF pick up the team title... Improved his career-best by more than a minute... Finished 4th at the FSU Invitational with a 26:29.6.

2015 (So.): Ran a personal best at the Mountain Dew Invitational in the 8,000-meter race in a time of 27:14.77…Finished top five for the majority of the races for the Argonauts…. Finished 39th overall (27:23.31) in the 8,000-meter race at the GSC Championship meet…Finished 42nd overall in the 10,000-meter race with a time of 35:53.64 at the NCAA DII South Regional Championship. 

2014 (Fr.): Ran a 28:30.20 8k unattached in his first collegiate race at the Gulf Coast Stampede... set a personal best in the 8k at the Valdosta State Cross Country Challenge in a time of 27:33.30.

High School: Personal best of 18:15 in the 5k, 5:02 in the mile and 10:38 in the 2 mile... named most improved in 2009 and 2010, team MVP in 2011 and Viper Pride in 2013.
