2017: Made 38 starts and appeared in 41 games as a senior... Recorded 31.1 scoreless innings streak from 3/12 to 3/30, which is the 10th-longest streak in GSC history... Led UWF in wins, games, complete games, shutouts, innings, strikeouts... Her 27 victories led the GSC and South Region, and ranked 11th nationally... First UWF pitcher since 2005 to lead GSC in wins... Ranked in the top 50 in DII in shutouts (6) and saves (3) and was 57th in total strikeouts (148)... Was also in the top 10 in the Gulf South Conference in innings pitched (220.0), total strikeouts (148), batters struck out looking (42), complete games (19) and ERA (2.39)... Tied UWF single-season record for saves (3)... Recorded 10th-best single season winning percentage (.750) and seventh-most starts in a single season in UWF history (38)... Started season with two perfect innings against Miles in no-hitter (2/3)... Threw first complete game shutout of the season with a seven-inning performance against Columbus State on 2/11, allowing just three hits... Named GSC Pitcher of the Week on 3/14 after throwing 25 innings against No. 14 UAH, picking up two wins and striking out 16 batters with a 1.12 ERA for the week... Earned the same honor two weeks later after throwing 20 scoreless innings against Christian Brothers and Spring Hill, with 18 strikeouts and 2 shutouts... Earned a third GSC POTW nod for efforts against SHC and West Alabama, posting a 0.39 ERA, a .069 opponent batting average and 16 strikeouts over 18 innings... Named Pitcher of the Week for fourth time with 11.1 shutout innings over Lee in final series of regular season... Struck out season-high 9 batters in complete game win over West Alabama (4/9)... Picked up first career NCAA Tournament win on 5/11, going the distance against Claflin and allowing just two runs while striking out three batters... Shut out Lee in NCAA South Super Regional on 5/18, allowing just five hits and striking out five batters in seven innings... Picked up her third save of the year on 5/19, closing out Super Regional Final against Lee... Held opponents to a .219 batting average with two outs.

2016: Made 26 starts and pitched to a team-best 2.21 ERA in 31 games as a junior... Threw 14 complete games and struck out 78 batters in 167.2 innings, while walking just 20 batters and holding opponents to a .248 average... Went the distance in an 11-inning victory over No. 18 Valdosta State on 2/27, striking out 9 and allowing just one earned run.... Spun three consecutive complete games in the NCAA DII South Regional with a 1.67 ERA, which included wins over Valdosta State and Shorter... Ranked 15th in DII with just 0.83 walks per 7 innings... That same walk rate ranks fifth-best in a single season in UWF history... Currently ranks third in UWF history in career walk rate (1.02 walks per 7 innings).

2015: Taylor was dominant in her sophomore season at West Florida... She led UWF with 22 appearances and 17 starts and compiled an 11-8 record... Led the Argos pitching staff with a 2.62 ERA in 112.1 innings... Ninth in the GSC in opponents batting average (.247), and strikeouts (76)... Tenth in the GSC in innings pitched (112.1) and wins (11)... Fifth in the GSC in walks allowed (20) and tied for second in home runs allowed (3)... Led UWF with nine complete games and two shutouts... Combined with Rebecca Hein to pitch three innings of a perfect game against Miles on March 25... Struck out a career high 11 batters and held Mississippi College to just three hits on April 3.

2014: Made six appearances for the Argos during the year… Had a record of 1-1 throughout the year and made one save… In 15.1 innings pitched she totaled an ERA of 2.74 with 10 strikeouts and allowed opponents to a .290 batting average.

High School: Taylor is a four-year letter winner in softball, three-year letter winner in volleyball, and a one-year letter winner in girls weightlifting when she attended Rutherford High School in Panama City, Fla... In her senior season, she batted .335 with a .450 on base average... As a pitcher, Taylor set the county record with 515 career strikeouts... She was voted her teams MVP in 2013 and was named to the Florida 5A All-State second team as a pitcher... In 2012, Taylor was named a Florida 5A All-State second team honorable mention...Taylor was also an All-County second team award winner as a volleyball player in her high school career.

Personal: She is the daughter of Wayne and Debbie Taylor... Has two siblings, Amy and Curstin, and her dad Wayne competed at Winston-Salem State in wrestling... In her free time, Taylor enjoys providing pitching clinics at the Callaway Recreational Sports Complex... While at UWF, she plans on majoring in exercise science with a sports management minor... Taylor was also a member of the 2011 Lady Lightning 16U softball team that won the UFSA World Series National Championship.
