Hit game-winning double against Southern Indiana in NCAA Championship, giving UWF its second win in the Tournament in program history... Finished 2016 as second-toughest batter to strike out in all of NCAA DII (135 ABs, 1 K)... Caught second-most base-stealers in GSC (18) and threw out highest percentage of runners in conference (37.5%)... Added 5 doubles on the year and stole team-high 13 bases... 2014 (UNCP): Helped UNCP to earn the 2014 PBC Softball Sportsmanship Award … As a catcher, she played in and started in 46 games for UNCP … Posted a batting average of .252, had with 30 runs, 36 hits, six doubles and three triples … Had 16 RBI on 143 at-bats … Was 8-for-8 in stolen base attempts … Notched a .336 on-base percentage, a slugging percentage of .289 and a fielding percentage of .981 … Recorded 177 putouts and 30 assists … Totaled 48 total bases, one sacrifice fly and four sacrifice hits … Walked seven times during the year … Went 3-for-5 against Wingate on March 1, 3-for-3 against St. Andrews on February 20, and 2-for-3 against Concord on February 6, Kutztown on February 7 and Barton on February 7 … Logged a season best three RBI against Georgia Southwestern and added another two RBI against Georgia College … Scored game-winning run against St. Andrews on February 20, Mount Olive on February 28, Georgia Southwestern on March 9 and Lander on April 6 … Crossed home plate a season-best three times twice against St. Andrews and Georgia Southwestern … Had nine multiple hit games, two multiple RBI games and a three game hitting streak.
2013 (UNCP): In the infield and behind the plate, she played in 50 games and started in 36 games for UNCP … Posted a .235 batting average, had 15 runs, 28 hits, five doubles and one triple … Also had eight RBI on 119 at-bats … Was 9-for-12 in stolen base attempts … Logged a .246 on base percentage, a slugging percentage of .294 and .967 fielding percentage … Recorded 111 putouts and 63 assists … Claimed 35 total bases, one sacrifice fly and one sacrifice hit … Walked nine times during the year … Went 2-for-3 against California (Pa.) on February 10, American International on March 12, North Georgia on March 25 and Lander on March 30, and 2-for-2 against West Liberty on March 12 … Logged a season best one RBI in eight different contests.
High School: Prepped at Cannon High School under coach Pat Moyer … A four-year letterman in softball and one-year letterman in basketball … Posted a .599 batting average this season and has totaled 15 runs, five stolen bases, four doubles and one triple … Attended Concord High School her junior year and played for coach Natalie Tucker … Earned all-conference accolades and was named Offensive Player of the Year … Also played for the Mallard Creek Tar Heels in 2011 under coach Pat Moyer … Finished the season with a .429 batting average, 18 RBI, 33 runs, 14 stolen bases, seven doubles and three triples.
