2015 ADA Academic Achievement Award

2015: Appeared in 46 of 49 games for the Argos and made 45 starts... Led West Florida in seven statistical categories including batting average (.336), slugging percentage (.528), and on-base percentage (.426)... Totaled 10 doubles, one triple, and 26 RBI... Reached base 66 times and tied for the team lead with 20 walks drawn... Selected to the All-GSC first team... Went 2-for-4 with a double and three RBI against Union on March 7.

2014: Appeared in 42 games and started 36 for the Argos during the season… Totaled 96 at bats and had 26 hits, five doubles, one triple, and tied for third on the team with four home runs… Drove in 14 runs throughout the season and came in to score 17… Sixth on the team with a .271 batting average and second in slugging percentage with .469.

2013: Went 19-for-82 (.232) at the plate and drove in nine runs on the year … Started 26 games and appeared in 32 … Had two doubles on the year and scored three runs … Had three games where she had two RBIs and went 3-for-3 with a RBI against Florida Southern (2/8/13).

2012 GSC Spring Academic Honor Roll

2012: Named to the 2012 Gulf South Conference Spring Academic Honor Roll … Batted .200 in 19 appearances … Drove in three runs and scored three … Started three games at the catcher position and five at the designated player position.

High School: Lettered for four seasons at Holmes County High School... Played catcher, both corner infield positions and the outfield... Batted .526 as a senior with an OBP of .600 and a slugging percentage of .866... Hit four home runs as a senior, with 47 RBI... For her career, batted .441 with seven home runs and 34 doubles... Led her team to District Championships in 2009 and 2011... Named a Class 2A All-State selection as a senior... Named WMBB Ch. 13 Scholar Athlete of the Week as a senior... Won the Jack Davis Athletic Scholar Award... Played in the Panhandle East/West Game... Also lettered for four seasons in basketball... Was named Valedictorian of her senior class.

Personal: Daughter of Chauncey and Rachel Belser... Has three siblings: Jordan, Joy and Jessica... Has an uncle, Jeff Goodman, who played football at the University of Florida... Majors in Athletic Training with plans to pursue a doctorate in Physical Therapy... Served as Class Vice President while in high school... Was a member of the Beta Club, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the National Honor Society... Volunteers her time as a teacher during Vacation Bible School at her church.
