2025 GSC Fall Academic Honor Roll

2025 (So.): Opened her season with a strong 5K performance at the UNA Invitational, placing 31st with a time of 19:48.5… Continued her early-season success at the Argonaut Invitational, finishing fifth overall in the 5K with a time of 20:48.0. Transitioned to the 6K distance at the Firehawk Invitational, where she placed 26th with a 24:15.4 finish… Competed against a deep field at the FSU Invitational and recorded a 24:41.4 6K time… Closed out the regular season at the UAH Chargers XC Invitational with a 23:50.5 mark in the 6K… Ran a season-best and personal-best 23:20.8 at the GSC Championships, placing 49th overall...Finished her season at the NCAA South Region Championships, covering the 6K course in 24:50.1 and placing 88th in the region.

2024 GSC Fall Academic Honor Roll

2024 (Fr.): Began freshman season with best 5K time and placement of year, running 19:28.2 to place 18^th…Recorded a 21:30.2 to place 21^st at the Argonaut Invitational…Placed 24^th at Belhaven Invitational, running 25:10.5 in first 6K…Finished 289^th at Lewis Crossover on 25:16.0 time…Ran season and personal best 24:18.3 6K time at GSC Championships to place 33^rd…Finished season at NCAA DII South Region Championships with 24:25.5 6K time, placing 64^th. 

Personal: Parents are Kristy and Steven Howard, has one sibling, Madison Howard…ran cross country and track in high school…earned multiple high school athletics recognitions and honors including, Volusia-Flagler All-Area First Cross Country Team and All-Area First Track Team…plans to become pharmacist post-graduation…was a part of National Honor Society in high school…enjoys shopping at garage sales in free time.
