2016-17: Scored points for UWF at NSISC Championships in the 100 Breast (5th; 1:05.82), 200 Breast (9th; 2:27.18) and 50 Free (15th; 24.87)... Also a member of the 400 Medley Relay team that finished third at the NSISC Championships, and the 200 Medley Relay and 200 Free Relay teams that scored points at the conference meet... Named NSISC Swimmer of the Week by CollegeSwimming.com on 11/8 after quad meet against Florida Gulf Coast, Florida State and Florida Southern... Recorded 15th-fastest 200 Breast (2:22.68) in DII and the 8th-fastest 100 Breast (1:04.97) in DII at the meet... Holds top-five times in UWF history in the 100 Breast (1:03.33), 200 Breast (2:21.15), 100 IM (1:01.46) and 200 IM (2:07.54).

2015-16: Swam second leg of 200 Medley Relay (1:44.30) at NCAA Championships to earn First Team All-American status... Swam second leg of 200 Medley Relay at NSISC Championships and finished third... Helped 400 Medley Relay (3:50.23) team finish fourth at NSISC Championships and take B-cut time... Finished fifth in 100 Breast (1:05.05) at NSISC Championships. 

2014-15 NSISC Scholar Athlete

2014-15: Swam the second fastest time in school history in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:04.41) and the 200-yard individual medley (2:07.54) at the NSISC Championships… also posted the third fastest time in school history in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:22.32) at the conference meet… her times in the 100 breast and 200 breast at the conference meet were also school freshman records… also ranked in the team’s top 10 in the 50-yard freestyle (24.77), 100-yard freestyle (55.34)… earned NSISC Scholar Athlete status.

High School: Qualified for state championships in the 100m breaststroke, the 100m free and the 400m freestyle relay… was a finalist in the state championships in the 100m breaststroke in 2013… named to the All-Seminole Athletic Conference Team in 2012 and 2013… won the Student-Athlete Award in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.

Personal: Daughter of Bill Spangenberg and Laura Washington and … has three siblings; Rachael White, and Ellyn and Landon Spangenberg… Ellyn played lacrosse at Jacksonville University… Laura played field hockey at Syracuse University… her cousin, Trevor Spangenberg, plays Goalkeeper in the MLS... member of the National Honor Society… plans to pursue a career in nursing after college.
