2022-23 (Sr.)- Placed sixteenth in the 200 medley relay at the NCAA competition to earn All American Honorable Mention status...At the NSISC Championships, she finished eighth in the 200 IM (2:09.70), fifth in the 100 fly (56.35), tenth in the 200 medley relay (1:46.97), and second in the 200 fly (2:04.87) which earned a qualifying time to swim in nationals...Earned All NSISC Second Team status after her performance at conference...Received CSCAA Scholar All American and NSISC Scholar Athlete for her fourth consecutive year.

2021-22 (Jr.)- Finished eighth in the 100 fly (57.76), third in the 400 IM (4:31.28), and third in the 200 fly (2:04.75) at the NSISC Championships...Received CSCAA Scholar All American and NSISC Scholar Athlete for her third consecutive year.

2020-21 (So.)-  Earned CSCAA Scholar All American honors...Placed third in the 200 butterfly,  sixth in the 100 butterfly, eighth in the 400 IM and tenth in the 200 IM at the NSISC Championships...At the Millsaps College and Birmingham Southern meet placed first in the 200 butterfly.

2019-20 NSISC Scholar Athlete

2019-20 (Fr.)- Placed third in the 200 Butterfly, fifth in the 100 Butterfly and eighth in both the 200 IM and the 400 IM at the NSISC Championships... Set the fifth-fastest 200 Butterfly (2:04.72) and eighth-fastest 100 Butterfly (56.92) times in UWF program history this past season.

Club Team: Coast Aquatics

Personal: Daughter of Mark and Angela Balent... Has two siblings, Jonathan and Beth... Swam in high school and was named MVP by her team...Majoring in Electrical Engineering and Biomedical Sciences.
