Biography

Bio: Packard, the Kansas native, is the daughter of two former collegiate athlete themselves, Andrea and Russel Packard. She is a sister to Cameron Packard. 
High School: 2-Time individual state champion, 3-Time relay state champion, state record holder in the 200 medley relay
2 time back to back State and League champions
