2018-19 (Jr.): Finished second in the 50 Free (23.33) and the 100 Free (50.67), sixth in 100 Fly (57.03), at the NSISC Championships... Helped UWF to a NSISC Relay Championship in the 200 Free (1:33.24)... With that relay victory she is now tied for first place in most NSISC Relay Championships All-Time at UWF with five total... Ranks second in UWF history in the 50 Free (23.18), third in the 100 Free (50.65), and ranks fourth in the 100 Fly (55.51).

2017-18 (So.): Earned All-America status as part of two relays at NCAA Championships, including 400 Medley Relay team that finished 6th overall... Won 50 Free and 100 Free at NSISC Championships, setting personal records in each event... Helped UWF to a pair of NSISC Relay Championships, in the 200 Medley Relay and the 400 Medley Relay... Ranks second in UWF history in the 50 Free (23.18) and the 100 Free (50.65), and ranks third in the 100 Fly (55.51)... Helped set school record in the 400 Medley Relay (3:43.91) at NSISC Championships... Set personal records in the 50 Free, 100 Free, and 100 Fly.

2016-17 (Fr.): Made trip to Birmingham for NCAA Championships in her freshman year... Swam third legs of All-American 200 Medley Relay, 400 Free Relay and 200 Free Relay teams... Three-time finalist at NSISC Championships, placing second in the 50 Free (23.49), third in the 100 Free (50.86) and eighth in the 100 Fly (57.65)... Won 200 Medley Relay and 400 Free Relay at NSISC Championships... Also picked up points for UWF in the 100 Back (59.19) at the conference meet... Part of three relay teams that hold UWF records (200 Free, 400 Free, 400 Medley)... Holds top-five times in UWF history in the 50 Free (23.43), 100 Free (50.86), and 100 Fly (56.92)... Set personal records in the 50 Free (23.43), 100 Free (50.86), 50 Back (28.92), 100 Back (59.19) and 100 Fly (56.92) during her freshman year... Holds UWF freshman records in the 50 Free, 100 Free and 100 Fly.

High School: Finalist at British nationals and qualified for Commonwealth Trials… Swim captain and Millfield School… Swam, played hockey and played netball at Millfield.
 
Personal: Daughter of Sally Read-Cayton and John Cayton… Has two siblings, Gaby and Ned… Dad played soccer, and mother ran track.
