Following graduation, she moved to the Pensacola area where she attended Pensacola Christian College while studying the Natural Sciences with an emphasis in Physical Therapy. Knowing something was missing, she transferred to the University of West Florida where she began studying Exercise Science and was introduced to the field of strength and conditioning. It is here where she recognized her passion for helping athletes achieve excellence through performance training and athletic development.
