Carley joined our Sports Performance staff in August of 2023 and is in her second year as a graduate assistant. Her primary sports currently include Swim and Dive, Women's Basketball and assisting with Football. Born and raised in Richmond, Michigan, Carley holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Lehigh University, where she was a 5-year Division I collegiate softball player and garnered two Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year, three All-Patriot League and three All-Region Team honors. Through leadership opportunities in high school and college, she has found a passion for developing others. This coupled with her passion for athletics led her to pursue a career in sports performance. Carley is currently pursuing her Masters degree in Sports Performance and Coaching and has worked with or assisted with Softball, Swim and Dive, Tennis, Baseball and Football during her time with the University of West Florida’s sports performance staff. Carley currently holds her CSCCa - SCCC, NSCA - CSCS and Suji BFR Level 1 Certifications.
