Joseph Bloyd is the athletic trainer for the University of West Florida’s women’s basketball and cheer teams. He joined UWF’s Sports Sedicine team in August 2024. A recent graduate of UWF, Joseph completed his bachelor’s degree in athletic training, a master’s degree in Sport Science and Rehabilitation from Logan University, and is currently working towards his Doctorate Degree in Athletic Training from A.T. Still University. He is BOC certified and certifications in Dry Needling 1&2, Corrective Exercise Specialists, and Orthopedic Physician Extender Certified. In his down time, he likes to travel with his best buddy, Killian, and go to water parks.
