University of West Florida Athletics

Dr. Tyler Fezzey was named the Team Performance Analyst for the University of West Florida volleyball program in August 2026.

Fezzey began her collegiate playing career at California State University, Fullerton, where she competed for three seasons before graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance. She then continued her playing career at the University of West Florida while pursuing her Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Analytics.

During her time with the Argonauts, Fezzey earned numerous honors for her performance both on the court and in the classroom. She was recognized as an AVCA All-American, CSC Academic All-American, AVCA & D2CCA All-Region, and All-Gulf South Conference selection. She also earned Crossover All-Tournament Team honors, received multiple GSC Offensive Player of the Week awards and was named to the SpringHill Suites All-Tournament Team in the 2021 season.

Fezzey has also gained extensive coaching experience at the club level in California, Florida and Alabama. Her coaching experience includes stints with Momentous Volleyball Club and ProPlay Volleyball Club in California, West Florida Waves Volleyball Club in Florida, and Birmingham Beach Volleyball and G3 Volleyball Training in Alabama.

Following her time at UWF, Fezzey continued her education at the University of Alabama, where she earned her Ph.D. in Management with a concentration in Organizational Behavior. She currently serves as a professor in the Lewis Bear Jr. College of Business at the University of West Florida.
