ABOUT UWF

* In 2014-15 UWF advanced to the NCAA South Region Semifinals for the third time in school history and finished with its highest winning percentage (.670) since 2005-06. The Argos have won 39 games in the two previous seasons.

She had 13 points and six rebounds at SHC. After struggling to find her groove in the opening weekend of the season (5 ppg on 4-of-12, 5 rpg), sophomore Toni Brewer had a strong game Tuesday, finishing with 14 points on 6-of-10 shooting and 10 rebounds for her first double-double of the year and ninth of her career.

Eight players average more than one steal per game and 12 of 14 players average at least 10 minutes per game.
* Junior Meredith Tarver leads the team with 11.4 ppg (3 of 4 in double figures), while ranking second in FG pct. (47.4) and rebounding (4.5). Sophomore Briana Bell averages 10.5 ppg and has made nine of the team's 20 3-point field goals.

SERIES HISTORY
* UWF will be meeting Young Harris for the first time in women's basketball.
* The last time the Argonauts faced a Peach Belt Conference school came almost three years ago to the day, when UWF defeated Flagler, 67-57, in the title game of the UWF Thanksgiving Classic on Nov. 24, 2012.

RECAPPING THE WIN AT SPRING HILL
* Sophomore Toni Brewer had a double-double with 14 points & 10 rebounds as three Argos reached double figures in the 57-44 win at Spring Hill.
* In addition to Brewer's night, senior Jasmine Wigfall has a season- and game-high 15 points while junior Katie Bobos finished with 13. Junior Kelly Preston collected a career-high 13 rebounds to go along with seven points and three blocks.
* UWF (1-2) shot just 37 percent but held a commanding 51-31 advantage in rebounds. The Argos used 16 on the offensive end to produce a 10-2 edge in second chance points.
* SHC (1-3) was held to 32 percent shooting and 1 of 10 from outside. Camry Johnson led the Badgers with 10 points, 11 rebounds and three steals.
* UWF used a 11-0 1st quarter run to claim a 11-4 lead and never trailed again. The Argos were outscored in the second and third quarters, and led by just six (42-36) entering the fourth. But the margin never got any closer as the lead was in double figures for the final three minutes. But the Argonauts controlled the final 10 minutes, outscoring the Badgers 15-8. UWF closed the game on a 11-4 run and held SHC to one field goal over the final 8:23.

NEW LOOK FOR UWF FIELD HOUSE FLOOR

* The 4-foot restricted arc in the lane was added in preparation for its implementation at the Division II level next season.
* The Argonaut head at midcourt remained in color as did the navy blue border that surrounds the court.
* Social media identifiers of '#GoArgos' and '@GoArgos' were placed in front of the bench areas. NCAA RULES CHANGES
