Paula Lopez (Tucumán, Argentina) defeated Georgina Morral and Andrea Tomassone at number two doubles by a score of 8-4.

Katarina Dikosavljevic (Queensland, Australia) and freshman
Valeria Mantilla (Bogotá, Colombia) fell to Sandra Florez and Evelyn Moreno by a score of 4-8 at number three doubles.
Lopez earned her second straight singles victory by a convincing score of 6-0, 6-2 over Moreno at number two singles. Vlad got a victory in her first career singles match for UWF with a 6-2, 3-0 (ret.) win over Araucz.

Sarai Flores (Mexico City, Mexico) earned her 30th career singles victory with a 6-2, 7-5 win over Morral at number four singles while freshman
Heather Mixon (New Iberia, La./Catholic HS) tallied her second straight singles win for UWF with a 6-4, 6-2 win over Florez.

Giovana Patitucci (Sao Paulo, Brazil) defeated Tomassone 7-6, 6-2 at number six singles while Toro fell to Mukhametshina 5-7, 3-6 in a close match at number one singles.
West Florida will continue conference play on the road tomorrow against North Alabama at 11 a.m. UWF will wrap up the weekend in Huntsville, Alabama, with a match against Alabama Huntsville on Sunday, February 14 at 1 p.m.
