BOX SCORE PENSACOLA, Fla. – The No. 6-ranked University of West Florida women's tennis team defeated the No. 21-ranked Georgia College Bobcats 5-1 at home on Wednesday night. West Florida (12-2, 5-0 GSC) improves to 3-2 against nationally ranked opponents and remains undefeated at home.

Nina Bubelova (Povazska Bystrica, Slovakia) and junior
Paula Lopez (Tucumán, Argentina) improved to 12-1 on the year by defeating Camille Clausse-Pujo and Cristalei Polk 8-5 at number two doubles.
Seniors
Katarina Dikosavljevic (Queensland, Australia) and
Lisa May (Oviedo, Fla.) fell to Hannah Serdinia and Emma Niemi 7-9 at number three doubles.
No. 32 Dikosavljevic improved to 2-2 on the year against regionally ranked opponents by defeating Clausse-Pujo 6-3, 6-1 at number one singles.
Senior
Sarai Flores (Mexico City, Mexico) improved to 11-1 on the year by defeating Krupp 6-0, 6-1 at number five singles while freshman
Heather Mixon (New Iberia, La./Catholic HS) remained undefeated and improved to 12-0 on the year by defeating Serdinia 6-2, 6-2 at number six singles.
West Florida will next play host to Gulf South Conference rival No. 15 Valdosta State on Friday, March 25 at Noon before hosting No. 28 Concordia (N.Y.) on Saturday, March 26 at 9 a.m.
