FINAL RESULTS

PENSACOLA, Fla. – West Florida's Swim Team defeated Ouachita Baptist 145-59 on Saturday morning, winning ten out of the eleven events at the meet.
Freshman
Lauren Jonsson got the Argos off to a hot start by finishing in first place in both the 500 Yard Freestyle (5:21.32) and the 1000 Yard Freestyle (10:47.19).
Caitlin Tierney and
Lisa Cottage-Ramnick followed with first place finishes of their own with Tierney winning the 200 Yard Freestyle (1:58.89) and Cottage-Ramnick coming in first in the 200 Yard IM (2:12.46).
Stefanie Markwardt won the 100 Yard Butterfly with a finals time of 59.90.
Morgan Ayers finished in first place for the 100 Yard Breaststroke with a finals time of 1:06.88.
SophomoreÂ
Olivia Hadaway won the 100 Yard Backstroke event by posting a Finals time of 1:01.14.
Ester Rizzetto continued her recent success by winning the 50 Yard Freestyle with a time of 23.87.

UWF won both relays at today's meet. They started the day off by winning the 200 Yard Medley by posting a Finals time of 1:48.83. The four Argos who were a part of the winning team were

Markwardt, and Rizzetto. The Argonauts ended the meet by winning the 200 Yard Freestyle with a time of 1:39.58. Rizzetto,Â

Abigail Williamson, and Markwardt were members of the UWF 200 Yard Freestyle team that finished in first place.

The Argos will host Hendrix College and Division I opponent Tulane University for their next meet on Friday, January 10
th at the UWF Aquatics Center. West Florida will be celebrating Senior Day at the swim meet, since it will be the last home swim meet of the season for the Argonauts.
