ABOUT UWF
* UWF lost on the road on Saturday, 86-59 to Mississippi College. The Argonauts enter today's game at 7-19 overall and 3-15 in Gulf South Conference play.
* UWF is ranked 13th in the conference in scoring averaging 56.5 points per game on 35 percent shooting overall. They are also ranked 6th in scoring defense allowing 64.0 points per game.
* The Argos are 4th in the GSC in rebounding averaging 42.6 rebounds a game The team averages 4.6 made 3-pointers per game and are at a 65 percent clip from the free-throw line.
* Danielle Norquest leads the Argos at 14.3 points per game and 12.5 rebounds per game. Norquest is third in the country with 20 double-doubles. She has scored in double figures in 22 out of 26 games in 2019-20.
*Charlotte Ellmore is second on the team in scoring (9.7 ppg) and assists 3.8 (apg), and is third in the GSC with 36.4 minutes per game.
* Sophomore Rachel McCree scored a career-high 29 points in the last home game. She is the team's leading 3-point shooter with 52 triples made, including ten games with at least three makes.

NORQUEST NAMED TO CoSIDA ACADEMIC ALL-DISTRICT TEAM
* Junior Danielle Norquest was named to the Academic All-District 5 Team as announced by the College Sports Information Directors of America on Thursday.
* Norquest currently averages 14.3 points and 12.5 rebounds while ranking third in the country with 20 double-doubles. She also has a 3.7 grade point average while majoring in Marketing. The junior from Diamond, Ohio has also been a two-time Gulf South Conference Academic Honor Roll recipient.
* She is one of six student-athletes chosen in the district, which includes nominees from all three conferences in the region – the Gulf South, Southern Intercollegiate and Sunshine State. Montevallo's Shyan Flack was also among the honorees.

ABOUT MONTEVALLO
* Montevallo enters today's game with a 16-8 overall record. The Falcons are 10-6 in the GSC and have lost their last 4 games. With their last game being a 94-86 loss to Christian Brothers. 
* The Falcons are third in the GSC in scoring averaging 74.6 points as a team. They also rank tenth in the GSC in scoring defense allowing 64.0 ppg.
* Sophomore Shyan Flack leads UM in scoring (16.8 ppg). and rebounding (8.4 rpg). Freshman Marisa Snodgrass leads the Falcons in assists (103) and is second in the GSC in assist/turnover ratio (2.1).
