The Argos will start their season by heading to Mississippi for two meets in January. The West Florida swimming and diving team will face Millsaps College, the University of Montevallo and Rhodes CollegeĀ for the first meet of the season on January 15. The following day, the Argos will face Delta State and Emory in Cleveland, Mississippi.

The following weekend the Argos will head to Birmingham, Alabama, to face Birmingham Southern, Sewanee College and Berry College on January 22 and 23 . For the final meet of the regular season the Argos will face Tulane on Jan. 30. All meets for the 2020-2021 season will be away.Ā

The New South Intercollegiate Swim Conference Championship will take place February 24-27 in Cleveland, Mississippi. The Argos finished first at the conference championship last season andĀ return 22 swimmers from last year's season, including Ester Rizzetto who was named swimmer of the meet and qualified the NCAA Swimming and Diving championship.Ā

Including Rizzetto, six additional swimmers who qualified for the NCAA championship return, including Yael Danieli, Morgan Ayers, Aubrey Miller, Caitlin Tierney, Stefanie Markwardt and Abigail Williamson.Ā

Kelsey DeJesus returns for her sophomore campaign after a successful freshman season. DeJesus was named diver of the meet at the NSISC Championship and advanced to the NCAA diving championships. Also returning for the divers are Emilie Hunter and Jesstina Farrell.Ā

The Argos added six freshmen to this year's team-- three swimmers and three divers.Ā
