Blair Cowan, the Argos advance to the second round and will take on 2-seed Nova Southeastern from the Sunshine State Conference.

The next opponent the Argos take on is Nova Southeastern Saturday, Nov. 12 at 1:00 p.m. at the UWF Soccer Complex.

Nova Southeastern (9-2-4) fell short to South Region 1-seed Embry-Riddle in the SSC tournament semifinal match.

The Sharks outshot Embry-Riddle 17-16 but only one goal fell in to get a 2-1 defeat. Freshman Sofia Suarez found the back of the net in the 68
th minute to even the score after allowing a goal 20-minutes prior, but the Sharks could not hold onto the lead. Isabelle Navren from Embry-Riddle scored the game-winning goal just a minute after to take the lead and knock the Sharks out of the conference tournament.

The Sharks have outscored their opponents 29-11 over the course of 15 games. The junior from Brazil, Luana Grabias, leads the Sharks with 10 goals and five assists followed by Miami, Florida native, Dani Correa, with six goals on the season.
