Van and Delma Cotsonis have been loyal Argo Athletics fans since 2002. Delma graduated with her B.A in Accounting and Van with his B.S in Chemistry. Delma worked at UWF from 1987 to 2016 when she retired though we still get to see these two often at the many athletics events they attend. We are so grateful for Van and Delma for their support of UWF Athletics as well as their friendship. Thank you!
- Why do you give to UWF Athletics?
Van and I are both graduates of UWF. I also worked at UWF for about 30 years and retired from the Athletic Department in 2016. So UWF has always been important and special to both of us.
- Why do you continue to give annually?
We love seeing the success Athletics has had over the years and we want to help it continue to grow and be as successful as possible.
- What impact do you think your annual donations have on the UWF Athletic Department?
Working in Athletics I saw firsthand how important donations can be. They provide scholarships to help student athletes get an education. They also give additional support to the various sports to enhance their state budgets.
- What makes you passionate about UWF Athletics?
Having worked in Athletics it's personal for me. I know how dedicated and passionate the coaches are. We love to support them by attending games and by being donors.

We wish the department and all the teams much success! We are so proud to be Argonauts! GO ARGOS!!
