Why do you give to UWF Athletics?
I started giving when we were preparing to launch the football team. I wanted to be a small part of helping to bring football to UWF. I loved the idea of being able to sponsor a uniform for the new team. My son and I still like to look for our #8 out on the field and try to get pictures with that player each year.

Why do you continue to give annually?
I continue to give annually to help support the Argo teams as they pursue championships in the GSC and nationally. I love that our school is always so competitive in the GSC. Our student-athletes are amazing and we want to support them.

What impact do you think your annual donations have on the UWF Athletic Department?
I hope that it helps maintain the culture of excellence and championships that Dave Scott and the rest of the athletic department have created. I think student-athletes can be some of the best representation of our university.

What makes you passionate about UWF Athletics?
I love to go out and watch our Argo teams. It gives me extra pride in our school. The football games have become a great time to get together with UWF friends to tailgate and watch the Argos. I have been to both National Championship games. I have to say that I liked the second one better. I also try to see the other teams whenever I can. I live in Mobile and Spring Hill College is about a mile down the road. I try to make every away game that the Argos have in Mobile. I have been able to see Women's Soccer, Baseball and Softball so far and look to catch more this year.

Anything else you would like to add?
I also want to acknowledge all of the Development Team and other employees that work with the Alumni for the athletic department and thank them for their efforts. Over the years Brett, Kathleen, Tori, Sierra, and Julianne have been wonderful to deal with.
