SERIES HISTORY WITH THE CRUSADERS
• UWF and North Greenville are meeting for the fifth time this week. The Argos have won all four previous matchups.
• UWF has won both games in Tigerville, 26-10 in 2018 and 52-10 in 2021. The 52 points are the third-most in a GSC game for the Argos.
• Last year the Argos scored 24 points in the fourth quarter and got a Griffin Cerra 36-yard FG as time expired for a 34-31 win.

UWF DEFENSE CAUSING OPPONENTS PROBLEMS
• UWF's defense has been terrorizing opponents at the line of scrimmage and in the backfield this season. The Argonauts rank 17th in the country in scoring defense, allowing just 14.5 points per game and are in the top 40 in total defense (20, 269.2 ypg), rushing defense (32nd, 91.5) and passing yards allowed (40th, 177.0 ypg).
• Graduate transfer John McMullen is third in the country with six QB sacks and is 15th with nine tackles for loss. Virgil Lemons, Donovan Barnes and Ralph Ortiz each have an interception to their credit.

ABOUT NORTH GREENVILLE
• NGU is 2-2 on the season and 1-1 in GSC action after a 28-3 road loss to Valdosta State last week.
• Jeff Farrington is 49-541 in his tenth season at NGU.
