The Argonauts delivered one of their most explosive offensive performances of the season, highlighted by a hat trick from standout forward Callum Edwards.
The scoring opened in the 28th minute when Adrian Rodriguez capitalized on early pressure, slotting home the first goal of the match to put UWF ahead 1–0. The Argos continued to control possession and were rewarded again just before halftime. In the 43rd minute, Edwards struck his first of the night, sending West Florida into the break with a confident 2-0 lead.
UWF wasted no time extending their advantage in the second half. In the 58th minute, Manu Bernabeu finished a well-orchestrated attack, with Kendrick Hernandez and Rafael Esteves combining to set up the goal that made it 3–0. But AUM refused to fade. The Warhawks stormed back with two quick goals in the 61st and 63rd minutes, tightening the score to 3–2 and shifting momentum.
The Argos responded with composure, continuing to generate dangerous chances. Their pressure paid off when Rodrigo Bacci connected on a clean cross to restore the two-goal cushion, assisted by Adrian Rodriguez.
