PENSACOLA, Fla. — The No. 2 West Florida men's tennis team defeated Delta State 7-0 on Tuesday at the Ralph "Skeeter" Carson Tennis Complex. West Florida swept all six singles matches and won all three doubles matches to secure the victory.

West Florida secured the doubles point with a clean sweep, starting with a decisive 6-1 victory at No. 1 doubles by Diego Duran and Sebastian Rondon over Delta State's Alejandro Bravo and Simon Ojeda. The momentum continued at No. 2 doubles, where Mark Neyelov and Vicente Couto defeated Valentin Greco and Valentino Millimaci, 6-4. The sweep concluded with Goncalo Quintela and Rafael Sabio's 6-1 win at No. 3 doubles against Joaquin Jarochevsky and Juan Diego Alzate.

In singles, the Argonauts continued their dominance with Rafael Sabio winning 6-0, 6-1 over Juan Diego Alzate at No. 4 singles. Goncalo Quintela maintained the momentum with a 6-2, 6-2 victory at No. 5 singles against Alejandro Bravo. Mark Neyelov then delivered a hard-fought win at No. 3 singles, overcoming Valentin Greco 6-2, 7-6(7).

Sebastian Rondon added another point for the Argonauts at No. 1 singles, defeating Marti Cerda Castillo 6-3, 6-1. Samuel Vidales clinched the match with a three-set win over Valentino Millimaci at No. 6 singles, 4-6, 6-4, 7-6(7). Mateo Martinez completed the sweep with a 6-4, 6-1 victory at No. 2 singles against Simon Ojeda.
