EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The UWF women's swim 400 medley relay team are national champions for the first time in program history. In the diving well,
Olivia Nelson earned seventh in the three-meter dive event. The team is now in sixth with 143 points.

Alena Rozova,
Livia Rodrigues, and
Sofia Kendzior broke the DII 400 medley relay record, earning a national championship with a time of 3:35.21. The team was seeded first going into the race with a time of 3:39.00.
Naskret's 100 backstroke in the relay broke the national record, which she previously broke in November. Her previous national record was 51.26. Tonight, she swam a 51.24. She swims in the 100 Back event tomorrow.
Kendzior also swam in the 200 Free B Finals. She finished 12
th overall with a 1:49.43.
Nelson finished seventh in the nation in the three-meter dive event. She finished with a total of 450.00 points.
Adriana Mieses-Sanchez competed in the B Finals for the three-meter dive event. She finished in 12
th place with a total of 412.75 points.
Both divers look to compete Saturday in the 1-meter event.
The UWF swim team continues competition tomorrow with prelims starting at 10 a.m.
