PENSACOLA, Fla. - The Atlantic Sun Conference(ASUN) announced Mariana Arronte the weekly award winner for women's golf for Thursday, Sept. 10.

Arronte brought the Argonauts to a first place team finish while also placing first individually in the Velvet Classic with a 214 (-2) final score. Arronte led the way for the Argonauts with rounds of 73-70-71, sinking nine birdies over three rounds.

The awards are the first ASUN Player Golfer of the Week  honors of Arronte's career.
