PENSACOLA, Fla. – The Argos have moved up in the national football rankings following Saturday's win over Central Arkansas.

In the AFCA FCS Coaches Poll the Argos went from unranked to No. 22 and in the Stats Perform FCS Top 25 the team jumped from No. 24 to No. 20. The new rankings come after the Argos defeated Central Arkansas, 42-14 on the road this past weekend. UWF now has back-to-back ranked wins to open the first year at the FCS level.

The schedule doesn't get easier for UWF as the team will host UAC opponent Austin Peay on Saturday, Sept. 19 at 6 p.m. Austin Peay was ranked No. 15 in the AFCA poll and Stats Perform Poll.
