2013: Started all 22 games and finished second on the team in minutes played (1,966)...a member of a UWF defense that led the Gulf South Conference with a 0.665 goals against average, good for 20th in Division II... the defense posted 11 shutouts, good for a conference-leading .500 shutout percentage which ranked 30th in D-II.

2012 Gulf South Conference All-Tournament Team - Details

2012: Started in all but one game for UWF as an outside midfielder, missing the first game of the season while playing for the Costa Rica national team against Team USA...finished with a career-best four goals and four assists...scored a goal in the GSC semifinal against Alabama-Huntsville 11/02.

2011 All-GSC First Team - Details

2011: Played in 13 games and started 12 as the team’s top marking defender… All-Gulf South Conference first team pick… member of a defense that allowed 1.0 goals and 8.9 shots per game… finished with one goal and one assist, both of which came in GSC play.

2010: Did not play.

Personal: Daughter of Álvaro Cruz and Marlene Mejía... has three siblings: Paula, Jose, and Adrián... played indoor soccer in high school at Colegio Madre del Divino Pastor... hopes to go to PT school or study nutrition after college
