2016 (SENIOR): Finished senior campaign as the only player in the South Region inside the top 20 in both kills per set (3.07) and hitting percentage (.295)... 378 kills on the season pushed her to 1,016 for her career – good for fifth most in program history… Recorded three 20+ kill contests, including a career-high 22 kills at North Alabama on 11/11… Posted a double double with 14 kills and season-high 10 digs in UWF’s 3-1 South Regional semifinal setback against Palm Beach Atlantic… Finished ninth in the GSC with .295 hitting percentage and seventh with 3.07 kills per set… Recorded 3.92 kills per set with a .332 hitting percentage in the month of November… Posted season-high four service aces twice (10/21 vs. West Georgia, 11/5 vs. Christian Brothers)… Recorded a season-best .643 hitting percentage (11 K, 2 E, 14 TA) in 3-0 win over West Georgia… Tallied 21 10+ kill contests, and team went 17-4 in those contests.

2015 (JUNIOR): Finished the season ranked eighth in the Gulf South Conference in kills per set (2.89) … Ranked second on the team in kills (286) and kills per set (2.89) … Finished second on the team in service aces (26) and service aces per set (0.26) … Finished the season tied for fifth on the team in blocks (43) and ranked sixth in blocks per set (0.43) … Tallied six solo blocks during the season … Ranked sixth on the team in digs (119) and eight in digs per set (1.20) … Had a pair of 18-kill performances on the year … Tallied a season-best six blocks against North Alabama (11/22/15).

2014 GSC Fall Academic Honor Roll

2014 (SOPHOMORE): Ranked second on the team in kills (216) … Tallied a season-high 15 kills against Shorter (11/04/14) … Had a season-high .583 attacking percentage against Union (Tenn.) (09/20/14) … Tallied three service aces against Alabama Huntsville (09/12/14) … Started 15 matches and played in 30 matches.

2013 GSC Fall Academic Honor Roll

2013 (FRESHMAN): Smith saw extensive action as a freshman, playing in 21 matches and starting in five of them… Compiled 136 kills on 318 attacks for an impressive .245 clip… Finished season with 156 total points, averaging 2.48 per set.

High School: Four-year letterwinner with perennial power Musselman HS ... For three consecutive seasons Smith collected 400+ kills as an outside hitter and attacked with a .323 percentage in 2012 ... Helped lead the Applemen to four-straight sectional and regional titles as well as the 2010 Class AAA West Virginia state championship ... Her squad was also the Class AAA state runner-up in 2011 and 2012 ... 2012-13 PrepVolleyball All-American Honorable Mention ... West Virginia All-State First Team Selection her junior and senior years ... Amassed 1,339 kills over her career and set Musselman’s single-season ace record with 123 in 2012 while never losing a single career match on her home court ... National Honor Society Member ... Member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Personal: Daughter of Winston and Denna Smith ... Has one brother, Corey ... Enjoys hiking, art, swimming and working out ... Her brother, Corey, was a kicker/punter for the University of Alabama Football (2008) before transferring to play at West Virginia University (2009-2012).
