Picked up first career win on 2/18 against Spring Hill, throwing 3.1 scoreless innings of relief, striking out two, and allowing just one hit... Earned first career save after striking out three batters and allowing just one run over 2.1 innings against Albany State (3/20)... 2016 (Freshman, East Miss. CC): Hit .296 over 43 games for the Lions... Hit .303 in conference play... Finished with a .339 OBP in conference play and a .356 OBP overall... Hit 4 home runs and racked up 26 RBIs overall... Also pitched 33 innings, finishing with a 3-6 record, 1 save, and a 7.36 ERA... Struck out 43 while walking 17.

High School: Lettered at Huntsville High, playing for the Panthers... Was a 2nd Team All-Alabama Sports Writers Association All-State selection as a senior... Posted a 0.61 ERA in 2014, the lowest ERA for a single season in school history... Earned plenty of recognition in high school... Was the Huntsville City Co-Pitcher of the Year in 2014...
