2019 (Sr.): Took fourth place at the Argonaut Invitational (9/21), finishing first for UWF with a 27:55.36... Ran season-best 26:11.2 at the Louisville Cross Country Classic (10/5)... Also finished first for UWF at the Mountain Dew Invitational (9/14), running a 27:37.8... Clocked a 27:23.8 at the GSC Championships (10/26) and a 34:55.1 in the 10K at the NCAA South Region Championships.

2017 GSC Fall Academic Honor Roll

2017 (Jr.): Finished second for UWF at the FSU Invitational and at the NCAA South Regional... Ran personal-best 26:01.34 at the GSC Championships, finishing 29th overall and 3rd for UWF... Highest placing for the year was 16th at the Falcon Classic in Montevallo, Alabama (9/16), where he ran a 27:41.95 and helped West Florida to a second-place finish.

2016 (So.): Finished 3rd at the Gulf Coast Stampede with a 27:04.80, which was a personal best... Posted a new career-best the following week with a 26:27.70 at the Chile Pepper Festival in Fayetteville, Arkansas... Finished 8th overall at the FSU Invitational... Improved his time at the NCAA South Regional Championship by more than a minute (34:15.9).

2015 (Fr.): Ran a personal best at the Gulf Coast Stampede in the 8,000-meter race in a time of 27:17.80…Placed in the top five for the Argonauts in all of the 2015 meets…Placed 39th overall at the GSC Championship meet in the 8,000-meter race…Finished 38th overall at the NCAA DII South Regional Championship meet in the 10,000-meter race with a time of 35:44.26.

High School: Member of the Jay High School cross country team that finished runner-up at the district meet in 2013 and 2014 … Set the cross country school record for the 5000-meters (16:16.31) … Cross country district champion in 2013 and 2014 and regional champion in 2014 … Also competed in track and field in high school … Set personal records in the 800-meters (2.09), 3200-meters (10:20) and a school record in the 1600-meters (4:34) … District champion in 2015 for the 1600-meters … Regional runner-up in 2015 for the the 1600-meters … District champion in 2015 for the 3200-meters.
