2010: Redshirt

Johnson County CC:  Selected to the First Team All-Jayhawk Conference his freshman year and was a All-American Honorable Mention..During his sophomore season he was selected to the All-Jayhawk Conference Second Team and became the program's all-time career wins leader...In his freshman year his team won the Region XI Championship and advanced to the JuCo World Series for the first time in school history...Placed on the Honor Roll both years at Johnson County CC..

High School: Attended Hayden High School in Topeka, Kan... Played three years of varsity baseball and basketball...All-City honors at Hayden during 2006 & 2007, carrying a 1.85 & 2.16 ERA respectively. He was also named to the 2007 4A All-State team and 2007 All-Centennial League team, after helping Hayden finish third in 4A. In his senior season he posted a career best 7-1 record with a 2.16 ERA with 86 strikeouts in 57 innings pitched while tossing three shutouts and three one-hitters...Placed on the Honor Roll all four years...

Personal: Son of Mike and Wanda Droge... Majoring in Communications with a minor in Sports Psychology... Has one sister, Nicole.. After graduation he plans to become a Sports Writer
