2024 (Jr.): Made 47 appearances with 41 starts for the Argonauts...Batted .221 with 27 runs scored, eight doubles, a home run and 34 RBI's...Hit by pitch eight times, the second most on the club...Notched first hit of the season in win over USC Aiken (2/10)...Totaled eight RBI's combined in three games against West Alabama & Columbus State (2/24-2/27)...Blasted first home run of the season against West Alabama (2/24)...Turned in back-to-back two hit performances in games against Christian Brothers (3/16) and Georgia Southwestern (3/19)...Went perfect 4-4 in win over Montevallo (4/13)...Played perfect in the field with 84 putouts and one assist.

2023 (So.): Appeared in 50 games and made 46 starts... Fifth on the team in batting average (.325)... Fourth best on base percentage (.435).... Recorded 52 hits and scored 28 runs... Tied for third on the team in doubles (10)... Hit two home runs... Hit 3-4 in five games... Had a .974 field percentage... Racked up 72 putouts and recorded a pair of assists.

2022 (Fr.): Appeared in 33 games and made 24 starts... Finished with a .274 batting average... Recorded 23 hits, four doubles and nine RBIs... Went 3-for-4 in stolen bases.

PREP: The native of Brandon, Fla., enjoyed success in his freshman and sophomore seasons for the Cougars...  Over that period, Hotz combined to hit .400, have an on-base percentage of .525, collect 38 hits, drive in 19 runs and score 30 runs of his own...  In his best year, 2019, Hotz batted .354, smashing five doubles, having 23 hits, accumulating 11 RBI's and scoring 11 runs...  He was also a 2020 PG Pre-Season All-American in Florida while playing for the Florida Burn.

PERSONAL: Majoring in General Business with a minor in Marketing... Son of Joe and Zoe Hotz... Has a brother Dylan... Enjoys to lift and play pickle ball and volleyball... Wants to be a professional athlete after graduation.
